The full name of this series is Improvisational Topography.  It pretty much sums up what I do when I produce these scenes with light and fabric.  I fold, twist, wrinkle and wad up the fabric and then release.  I stare and explore up very close, usually with my very wide angle iPhone  lenses.  It's a study of light and form for the simple pleasure of experiencing the impact one has on the other.  I do this until  I find something that is compelling, something that triggers my imagination, perhaps my memories.  But "Improvisational Topography" is a lot of syllables.  So, let's call this work "Impro Topo."
