Instruction was individualized and customized…a lot of fun…very insightful, really helpful.
Over the past few years I’ve conducted a summer workshop for small groups of students who love the natural landscape and want to grow as photographers. The comments above are from students in last year’s session. This year I’m offering four workshops from spring through autumn. The details follow. Thanks for your interest.

JW Johnston’s Weekend Workshop Intensive
The 2010 Series
A small group of people with a passion for nature and photography gather for presentations on technical and creative matters, field sessions, critiques, individualized instruction and sharing of information and ideas. Photo sessions around Whitney Point because of its natural beauty and your instructor’s knowledge of the area, where to be and when to be there. Classroom sessions at the Big Tent Cultural Center in the village.
